At LEADStrong, our vision is to empower and equip the next generation of church leaders in Africa with the wisdom, strength, and training to lead their communities with Christ-centered excellence. We aim to make a lasting impact by fostering sustainable growth and self-reliance within the church. Rooted in respect for cultural identity, we are committed to partnering with the vibrant leaders of both churches and non-profits, through leadership education, personal coaching and organizational development training, believing that Africa’s Church is best nurtured by leaders rising from within their own communities to build a thriving and healthy communities who are able to winsomely and excellently engage their culture and communities with the love of Christ.

This is achieved through our five main goals:

  1. Equip Leaders with Christ-Centered Training
    Provide high-quality leadership education and biblical training tailored to the cultural and spiritual needs of African Church leaders.

  2. Develop Sustainable Coaching Programs
    Establish personalized coaching initiatives that empower leaders to grow in confidence, competence, and faith without long-term external dependency.

  3. Foster Community-Led Growth
    Promote self-reliance by encouraging local leaders to identify and address the needs of their communities, ensuring the Church grows from within its cultural and spiritual context.

  4. Respect and Honor Cultural Identity
    Design programs that embrace and celebrate African history and identify, avoiding westernized approaches that could overshadow local rootedness

  5. Build a Network of Peer Support
    Facilitate connections among Church leaders to create a collaborative and supportive network that continues to thrive independently of LEADStrong's presence.
