LEADStrong International was established in 2024 and is working in Rwanda and Burundi, with growing opportunities throughout sub-Saharan Africa.

We provide leadership development/education, personalized coaching and organizational development to individuals, churches, non-profits and other groups. Our emphases are on the equipping and encouraging the next generation of leaders for Africa.

Mission Statement

LEADStrong is dedicated to empowering individuals, organizations and faith-based communities in sub-Saharan Africa to thrive through transformative leadership, education and coaching. We partner with local leaders and organizations to foster sustainable community development and poverty alleviation, equipping them to be the hands and feet of Jesus in their neighborhoods. Through holistic growth and capacity-building, we seek to inspire and equip those we serve to create vibrant, thriving communities that reflect God’s love, justice and compassion for those in need.

STATEMENT OF FAITH

  1. WE BELIEVE the Bible to be the inspired and the only infallible, authoritative Word of God in its original writing.

  2. WE BELIEVE that there is one God, eternally existent in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.

  3. WE BELIEVE in the deity of Christ, in His virgin birth, in His sinless life, in His miracles, in His vicarious and atoning death through His shed blood, in His bodily resurrection, in His ascension to the right hand of the Father, in His present rule as Head of the Church, and in His personal return in power and glory.

  4. WE BELIEVE that for the salvation of lost and sinful men, regeneration by the Holy Spirit is absolutely essential.

  5. WE BELIEVE in the present ministry of the Holy Spirit, by whose indwelling the Christian is enabled to live a godly life.

  6. WE BELIEVE in the spiritual unity of all believers in our Lord Jesus Christ, and in His call to mutuality and equality as believers work together for His glory.
